2026 OCAF Applicability Date

Apply the 2026 OCAFs to eligible multifamily properties with contract anniversary dates on or after this date. This is the operative date for use of the 2026 OCAFs. The factors apply to Section 8 project-based assistance contracts renewed under MAHRA and may also be used for PBV contracts where OCAFs are an allowable rent adjustment method.
