2026 OCAF Methodology Comment Deadline

Submit comments by this date on HUD’s OCAF calculation methodology and data sources. HUD opened a 60-day public comment period following the February 3, 2026 publication date. Comments will not change the FY 2026 OCAFs, but HUD states they will inform development of FY 2027 OCAFs. This deadline follows the earlier February 11 applicability date, so the 2026 OCAFs are already in use while HUD gathers feedback for future adjustments.
