EHV and Stability Voucher Verification Changes Compliance Deadline

PHAs must comply with the revised verification requirements by this date. PHAs must be in compliance with verification of eligible immigration status for new SV admissions and current EHV and SV families, and must ensure SSNs for families admitted during the period of availability are verified in EIV or otherwise collected and verified. The notice also reminds PHAs that there are no new admissions to the EHV program. This deadline falls 60 days after the March 5, 2026 notice issuance.
