GRRP Comprehensive Awards Scope of Work Submission Deadline

Property owners with Comprehensive Awards must submit a Scope of Work to HUD by this date unless HUD approves a good-cause extension. HUD will review the proposed scope and issue an approval letter confirming the approved work and allocation of GRRP funding. Under the revised framework, owners must obtain required assessments directly, and the prior Climate Resilience Assessment requirement is replaced with a Risk Mitigation Assessment evaluating exposure to extreme weather or natural disaster hazards. This deadline applies within the revised GRRP framework established by Notice H-2026-01 and the March 1 applicability cutoff.
