GRRP Revised Requirements Applicability Cutoff Date

Determine whether a GRRP award had closed or had required closing documentation submitted before this date to identify whether the revised requirements apply. This is the key applicability cutoff in Notice H-2026-01. Awards that had not yet closed or submitted required closing documentation prior to this date are generally subject to the revised requirements, including possible conversion of certain grant awards to surplus cash loans. This date directly follows the January 26 GRRP notice and determines which projects must comply with the revised framework.
