HOTMA HCV/PBV Technical Amendments Effective Date

Begin applying the HOTMA HCV and PBV technical amendments and clarifications as of this date. The final rule makes technical corrections, updated references, and clarifying amendments to the May 7, 2024 HOTMA voucher implementation rule. It does not create major new substantive requirements, but it affects administration of HCV and PBV regulations, including waiting lists, inspections, PBV policies, and related regulatory language.
