HUD-9902 Third Quarter Reporting Deadline

HUD-approved housing counseling agencies must submit Form HUD-9902 for the third fiscal quarter by this date. This deadline covers the reporting period from October 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026. The third quarter submission must include clients reported in the quarter 2 report plus new clients served in quarter 3. HUD advises agencies to transmit early so HUD points of contact have time to review and validate the data and so agencies have time to correct errors before the deadline.
