Submit the annual SF-425 by this date for 2025 shortfall funding, if calendar year 2025 activity is reportable. Notice PIH 2025-30 requires annual SF-425 reporting for shortfall funding until the earlier of the end of the period of performance or the point at which the report shows no unobligated funds, unliquidated obligations, or cash on hand. Annual budget submissions are not required for 2025 shortfall funding.
