Section 3 Threshold Update Notice Publication Date

Publication date of HUD’s updated Section 3 project funding thresholds notice. This notice updates the Section 3 project thresholds required under the 2020 Section 3 final rule and establishes a national construction cost inflation factor for Section 3 projects. It is a major HUD policy issuance date that may trigger implementation review and planning before the new thresholds become effective in March.
