AMA Consulting Group partners with housing agencies, affordable housing professionals, and community development organizations across Puerto Rico to develop capable, confident staff and strengthen each organization’s capacity. The work spans Public Housing, LIHTC, and Multifamily, with HOTMA applied throughout, and is delivered in Spanish at host agency locations by professionals who have administered these programs. Rather than large conference-style events, we work in small, interactive groups of five to twelve, where participation and dialogue turn requirements into daily practice.
