Annual Recertifications

Annual Recertification 

Each year the family will be required to provide your housing authority with verification of their income and household composition. This information will be used to determine their continued eligibility for the program. Should this result in a change in the subsidy, you will be notified of the changes and the date they are to take effect. It is important that this recertification is completed on time each year in order to remain in good standing with the program. If they should fail to do so, it could result in termination from the program.
